All Sales Final
As of now, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, you have 3 days to contact us from the delivery date at info@karma-creations.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon our response, you will be asked to ship the defective item to our Hong Kong office at:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

If you have received the wrong item or experience any other issues, please contact us immediately so that we may and correct this.
Repairs
We pride ourselves on creating fine quality jewelry that is beautiful and dainty, while remaining strong and durable. However, if the piece you purchased gets damaged, please contact us at info@karmacreations.com with the details of the damage and a photo. If, after investigation, you are entitled to repair, you will be asked to ship your item to our Hong Kong office where we will repair it for you without charge. We only ask that you cover the shipping costs to and from Hong Kong.
